Hi Kate, I need your help My boyfriend of 7 months broke up with me saying that something had changed in him after I went on vacation with some friends. I went to Hawaii with a bunch of my girlfriends for one week. We still remained friends after but I decided to go no contact. It lasted for a couple of weeks because there is a good chance that I will run into him again since we run in the same social circle. So we did happen to bump into each other and it went ok. He even told me that he was willing to give us another chance. After this I still haven’t heard from him in over a month. He’s not answering the phone or replying to my texts? Is he hurt or trying to get over me? I have used this time to work on myself by joining the gym and learning something new. I’m grateful in a way because I do see improvements in myself. I really want this to work out again and am looking for ways to win back my ex boyfriend. What do I do next?
Hi, Let me just say that you taking the time to improve on yourself is the best thing you can do. I always emphasize that taking care of your own well-being is the first priority. That being said, since you run in the same circle as your ex, it’s time for you to start dating new guys. That’s the best way to get his attention. If you can’t do that, then you need to take a vacation yourself for a few months. Far far away from your ex. Good luck!
“I Pressured Him to Tell Me His Feelings and Now He Broke Up With Me” Hi Kate, I think I put too much pressure on my boyfriend because he just dumped me and I’m really at a loss for words. He said he just “didn’t feel it” anymore and would get upset about everything when I wanted to talk about it. I just wanted to know if he really loves me. I know I shouldn’t have pushed his buttons but I just wanted some answers. We were really a good couple and complimented each other really well. Do you think he’s going to come back? How can I change his mind?
Hi Girl, Yup, one of the biggest mistakes a woman can make in a relationship is to pressure their boyfriends about their feelings..especially trying to get them to say the “L” word. It’s really tough to give you solid advice without knowing more about your relationship, but when a guy says he’s not feeling it, you’re facing a tough uphill battle.
Hi Kate.. How do you get over someone if you keep holding onto hope that they’ll change their mind?
Hi Kate, For unforeseen circumstances my ex and I are moving out from each other. I still love him and he still loves me. It’ll be my last day picking up the rest of my stuff before he comes in. Should I leave him a letter or not? Thanks
“Missing an Ex, Just Physically” Just been through a breakup and we don’t want to get back together. We really enjoyed each other’s company and never even fought. But he broke up with me after a year saying that he can’t commit at this time because he was going to go to business school and really starting to find himself as a person and in his career. He won’t be ready for a real relationship for another 4 years and I don’t want to wait. My question is this. Does it happen where you don’t want to be in a relationship with someone but you still miss him physically? Like as a booty call? Thanks
Hi, There is absolutely nothing wrong with just being a booty call, just as long as you’re upfront with it. Now, Enter Your Email and Get Your Daily Dose of Support and Guidance to Winning Back Your Man…
